The San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) consists of San Bernardino Valley College, Crafton Hills College and a District office. They are located in San Bernardino County, California. SBCCD is now in production with Oracle’s Cloud ERP Finance software. This is a major transformation for the District and advances the services provided by the District to faculty and staff regarding financial processing. Some of the improvements include electronic approvals for purchase requisitions, more current access to financial data, Electronic processing for reconciliation of CalCards, mobile smart phone interface for entering expense reports, and enhanced user security and workflow as well as enhanced reporting and analysis capabilities due to the integration between the Oracle ERP and Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Services (BICS). This solution provides a key step in the process of SBCCD becoming fiscally independent. SIG is pleased to have assisted SBCCD with this major project.
