Slate General Training
Great for beginners and intermediate level users, our 60-minute general training sessions cover the foundational Slate skills every user needs: navigating person records, understanding the data model, running basic queries, and working within Deliver for email and communication campaigns.
Slate Training for Admissions Teams
SIG's admissions-focused training covers the specific workflows enrollment teams live in every day. Topics include prospect and inquiry management, application review and checklist workflows, Deliver communications for recruitment campaigns, event registration builds and attendee management, and decision and admit processing.
Sessions are designed for admissions counselors, enrollment coordinators, and communication managers. If your institution is still new to Slate, our Slate Admissions team can help lay the foundation for a successful instance.
Slate Training for Advancement Teams
Advancement work in Slate looks quite a bit different than admissions work. Donor records, gift processing, campaign builds, and alumni engagement run on different modules with different logic, and the skills required to manage them well are specific to that contest.
