Connect your systems so your data flows where it needs to go.

Your campus runs on dozens of systems—your ERP, CRM, LMS, financial aid processors, payment gateways, document management tools, and more. When those systems don’t talk to each other reliably, the consequences show up everywhere: duplicate data entry, broken workflows, reconciliation headaches, and staff spending hours on tasks that should be automatic. As institutions add new tools, migrate to SaaS, and modernize their technology landscape, the integration layer becomes more critical—and more complex—than ever.

How we help

We offer two core integration services that can be engaged independently or as a natural sequence:

Before you build or fix anything, you need a clear picture of what you have. Our assessment engagement produces a comprehensive inventory and map of your current integration landscape across Ellucian and third-party applications.

Once you know what needs to be built, rebuilt, or replaced, SIG’s technical team handles the implementation. We design, develop, and deploy integrations between your Ellucian ERP and the third-party systems your campus depends on — from financial aid servicers and payment processors to LMS platforms, document management systems, CRM, and beyond.

The SIG difference

Integration work is only as good as the team’s understanding of the systems on both sides of the connection. SIG’s consultants don’t just know APIs and middleware—they know how Banner, Colleague, Slate SFDC and relevant 3rd party systems actually work at the functional level and how data moves through financial aid, student accounts, HR, and admissions, and what happens downstream when an integration breaks. That combination of technical skill and higher ed domain knowledge means fewer surprises, faster delivery, and integrations that hold up in production.

Need to connect, migrate, or untangle your integrations?

I almost look at SIG as our safety net. We have Ellucian implementing the software, we have our Broward team, but then we have SIG. If we’re going to stumble or fall, SIG is going to be there to help pick us up—because they’re in it with us for the long haul.
