Frequently Asked Questions

All sessions are available for conference registrants for 30-days after the conference ends (March 9, 2024). They will be available in the conference platform from the Sessions section (Agenda).

When it is available (and not all sessions will have a PowerPoint), it will be a handout on the session listing after the session recording is posted.

You can view session recordings and/or download content (if any) by returning to the session list the day after the session is over. 

You just need to be registered for the conference.

You must click the magnifying glass icon (next to filter options) to apply the filter.

How to Play: Search for all clues (lightbulbs) and collect the passwords. Keep the passwords as you find them on a virtual notepad, or write them down. The first lightbulb will appear now that you have clicked on the game. There are five clues (five lightbulbs) in total. Once you click on the first lightbulb, it will reveal the second lightbulb, and so forth. Not all lightbulbs will be in the same room, so check out each virtual space (Lobby, Exhibit Hall, Lounge, and Help Desk). Once you have found all five passwords, submit your five passwords on the survey that is sent to you at the end of the conference week for a chance to win big prizes!
